Recladding is the process of removing the existing exterior cladding from your home, performing all necessary repairs to the sub-sheathing, and the installation of a new exterior: brick, stone, traditional stucco, cedar, fiber cement board, or combinations of products.

A homeowner may choose to “reclad” their home for a number of reasons:

  • The existing EIFS exterior has extensive damage and repair cost is so high that recladding becomes a prudent option.

  • Selling home now or in the future and consideration of marketability of the home with its current EIFS exterior.

  • Concerns about future repairs/maintenance costs over the lifetime of the existing EIFS exterior.

  • The desire to update the look of the exterior facade

Whether you choose to reclad because you plan to sell your home, or simply want to give your home a “face lift”, we will combine your ideas and desires for the new look of your home and make that vision a reality by creating a beautiful new exterior.
